I place more than one item in my cart, but don't seem to save much on shipping. Why?

Can I save on shipping if I buy more than one item?
Yes, most of the time, multiple purchases are shipped in the same container. This lowers shipping costs, thereby saving you money. Some items though are too large and heavy to ship with other items but, we will try to minimize shipping costs as much as possible.

I place more than one item in my cart, but don't seem to save much on shipping. Why?
The functionality of this cart doesn't account properly for multiple items in a package. Also, large bulky and/or heavy items may not be shipped in the same container as other items. When we process your order we will update you regarding the correct shipping charges and either offer you merchandise credit on your next order or a refund of the difference, at your discretion. In any case, your shipping charges will never be higher than that estimate given at checkout.

Can I save on shipping by using a cheaper courier?
We only ship by a method that provides a confirmation of receipt. We generally use UPS ground, but on occasion (for smaller items) will use USPS Priority Mail, whichever method lowers your overall costs.

Yes, In the comments section at checkout let us know you want a faster shipping method. We will contact you regarding the new shipping fees that you will likely have to pay for faster delivery.

Yes, contact us through email. Give us your name and address. We will give you a dummy address to use at checkout and the shipping fees you will need to be prepared to pay.

My items arrived damaged and the packaging was damaged too. What am I to do?
Contact us now! Keep all packaging and the merchandise available for the courier to inspect. All merchandise is shipped with insurance included.

Can I get a discount for buying more than one item?
Currently, no. But, should you like to purchase several of 1 particular item contact us for price quote. We will be happy to offer bulk pricing on a per item basis.

Yes, most of it anyway. Visit our "Terms" page. It has a section that outlines the process for returns, refunds and exchanges.

Sorry, no. We believe that our Terms Of Service are fair. We want you as a customer to be happy with us and our products but, a business is intent on generating profit. Our business is intent on generating profit through fair and equitable treatment of all our customers. We may occasionally bend the rules in your favor under certain circumstances but in no event will we allow ourselves to be swayed "just because...." This is why we ask all customers to read this FAQ section and our Terms of Service BEFORE making a purchase.

As per our Terms of Service page; defective, damaged or misrepresented items are due a full refund or merchandise credit (your call). Read the Terms page for instructions on how to initiate a return.
